Good to be back after a long day (literally the longest of the year) in DC. What fetid swamp cannot benefit from a run to 100 degrees?

I have several projects in the queue for July & August, including an REO discusion, a redesign of the blog, an expansion of my “Brain on Stocks” presentation, a 401k research piece, another look at the Certainty trope, an exploration of how property laws impact capital, and lastly, a trip through Northern Europe meeting existing and new clients.
