I find this to presentation to be misleading — its filled with poor comparisons, and not outstanding reasoning.
Example: Why compare the S&P500 CEO to the top 0.1%? We know that’s a politically hot button, but wouldn’t it make more sense to take the median compensation of the SPX500 CEOs, and use that as a basis for determining income rank (X.X%).
