Radio Economics part II

I did another Radio Economics interview this week (here).

This time, it was with Dr. Mark Thoma or Economist’s View. We discuss the economic impact of Katrina, including the expected impact on inflation, interest rates, unemployment, future tax cuts, the budget deficit, consumer spending, national debt, and whether the Fed will monetize the debt.

Its always interesting having these discussions with someone from the Academic side of things — I like hearing a diifferent approach and perspective on Macro issues.

Dr. Thoma did a great job even though he lacks your media experience.

As always you demonstrated an excellent understanding of a wide range of topics – well done!
