Look Out (a little) Below, Monday Edition

 

Futures are soft, but have improved from last night when they were off triple digits.

Asian markets opened lower, continuing the rout of global stocks from Friday. Japan’s Topix Index is down to its lowest level since 1983. China H shares are on the brink of a bear market amidst mounting evidence that China’s economy is slowing down. Oil extended declines, with Crude off -1.9%. Copper is down -2.2% to a 5 month low.
