    Speaking of .. . . did you know the AAP has increased steadily over the last 120 here in the Northeast? For instance, in Central Park the 30 yr “normal” period 1895-1924 was 44 inches but in the recent “normal” period 1985 -2014 – it was 50 inches. Some might say a steady AAP increase of 6 inches more precip was . . well – climate change.

    It is odd that regions that typically get less than 20 inches of precipitation a year could run low on water.

      who would have ever thought not get much rai8n would mean you get end up short of water. seems like they pretty obvious. but it seems states never figure that out till they have that drought
