I’m not sure what this means, but Reuters — whose HQ is on Fleet Street in London — servers are down.
"Server Too Busy" is the given reason, but other major media are handling the post attack load. I wonder what sort of damage the communication infrastructure received in London.

Reuters moved editorial headquarters to Grays Inn Rd. some 8 years ago. The board moved out some time ago as well. The building in Fleet Street was sold in a cost-cutting move and does not hold more than some kind of a gallery – if the pics didn’t get sold as well by now – and the Reuters foundation. Reuters was the last news organisation to leave Fleet Street.
