Other Investment contracts are as follows:

Option 1: For silent investors for films; investments of $200,000 plus there will be a 10% interest earned on invested money annually. Investment capital and interest will be paid shortly after film has been released in theaters or at the end of 4 years which ever comes first. This contract will be for a flat 10% annually earned interest only.

Option 2: For full movie funding from 1 group, organization or single party there will be a 30% net profit of total revenue from the film. This will be based on first interested party to sign and have funds available to proceed. Party will also have further rights to allow family members to friends and even a possible product placement for their company in the film.
