This is the regular gig:
Today’s Kudlow & Company, is on CNBC today at 5pm. I’m scheduled to be on from 5:00 to 6:00 pm.
Also on is Marketwatch’s Herbert Greenberg, John Rutledge of Rutledge Capital, and Noah Blackstein of Dynamic Mutual Funds.
Topics will include the Market Rally, Fading Hosuing, tomorrow NFP numbers, the Gold and Oil rally.
UPDATE April 6, 2006 9:52pm
I wanted to give to Herb, who when asked a question he didn’t know, said "I don’t know, so no comment."
Too few TV pundits do that, and more should. Hey, if you don’t know, what harm is there in saying so?
$5 sez he blames the crummy action earlier today on the Plame leak news.
PS: why didn’t I buy GG and AUY when I looked at them in November? Arg! No, I had to get some “defensive” healthcare.
Didn’t miss out on the oils though.
Speaking of the NFP….What do you think a big number will do to the market?
Not that I am a conspiracy theorist, but I think Snow has created an atmosphere where the market will actually rally huge unless the number is HUGE. Expectations are so high after his comments. I think the number will actually come in near consensus (falls in ISM manufacturing tend not to be followed by huge payrolls figures) and the market will again rally.
Our boys in the government know that….
What say you?

Arg. It’s frustrating to learn that you WERE on Kramer & Co. Here’s what could salve the frustration: a few words on the major points you made.
You beautifully summarized the most salient points in the Cramer/Altucher interview in just a few sentences.
How about doing that on your own interview, just to keep your fans happy?
I can never get to the car to catch you (CNBC on Sirius) or to a TV when I’m here at work, so I miss all of your appearances :(
that was the best panel discussion in 3 weeks. you actually talked about the markets. nice job krudlow.
nice call on fading the open last night
