Share of ARMs of overall mortgages
Share of ARMs resetting in 12 months
One small suggestion: The differentials should be clearer. Perhaps if the ranges were more distinct?

And where are the scales? Also loads very slow, I suspect due to inefficient data loading/parsing.
On this great rally day, I cannot find a major QQQQ stock above its 100 day MA for volume.
This depression is going to be meticulously recorded. If economic historians can’t figure it out, the profession is worthless.
Can somebody figure this out?
It is very confusing…but is probably a goldmine of information.
If all the Fed’s data sources are this slow it’s no wonder they don’t seem to have a clue.

not a gold mine of info. it’s too broad. there’s no metric, no measurement. it would be like looking a stock snapshot for the month. you need other months to compare or some movement, this has none. if you knew how often it updated, maybe it would have some worth but what isn’t doing that these days already, less the pictures.
