In addition to the major disagreement amongst the EU, IMF and ECB, the Greek government is in turmoil and these are headlines hitting the tape: *PAPANDREOU SAYS TO RESHUFFLE CABINET, SEEK VOTE OF CONFIDENCE, *PAPANDREOU SAYS TO CONTINUE WITH HIS DUTY, *PAPANDREOU SAYS OPPOSITION SET TERMS THAT CAN’T BE ACCEPTED, *PAPANDREOU SAYS HAS BEEN STRUGGLING TO SAVE COUNTRY. To repeat from earlier, Merkel and Sarkozy meet on Friday and the EU Finance Minister’s will discuss again on Sunday. The ECB of course is the party that must agree to what is proposed by the others.
