What Housing Recovery?

One of the forecasts I mentioned earlier this week was the ongoing forecasts of a housing bottom (“consistently, insistently and persistently wrong”).

As you can see from the below charts of Permits, Starts & Completions, courtesy of The Chart Store, its hard to see any rebound in place yet.
