Sept 12th German Court Date Delayed?

Possibly deciding the future of the euro, the German court on Sept 12th is currently scheduled to decide the constitutionality of the ESM. DJ is reporting that a “new lawsuit against the ESM has been filed at German Constitutional Court…New lawsuit might postpone German Court Decision on ESM.” The story says ‘might’ delay so with the Germany court likely on vacation this month, there is likely little chance to know for sure if there will be a delay.
