Love this chart. When I clicked on this link I wondered what I would find. As a pragmatist like you I doubted could believe in Astrology.

Oh no. How then am I supposed to obtain that peaceful feeling of knowing what is ahead ?

Well, we can always rely on end of the year “must own” stock lists put out by the likes of Merrill Lynch, etc. I recall their list on 01/01/2000: it contained venerable names such as Enron, WorldCom, Lucent….I wonder if anyone has done a serious attempt to compare modern economic prediction with astrological prediction. The latter has such a beauty to it, goes back for millennia and it is so gracefully intertwined with reality in Dante’s The Divine Comedy. Where are you famous bard Alighieri when we need you for a Divine Comedy 2.0?

I’m with DeDude, first there was those 14 phrases that used to give me comfort about the market and which are apparently meaningless, and now this… I’m starting to get the feeling that no one actually knows what will happen in the future. I don’t know how I feel about that.

It pi$$es me off that my local paper uses so much space for astrology at the expense of the size if the sudoku puzzle.
