This proposed acquisition is less about synergies, Cingular wireless, combined purchasing power, cost savings over the next 8 years, telcom dominance, job cuts (10,000), consolidation, survival, competing, senior executives “sell-out” incentives, or investment banking fees. No.
It’s about we the people, trying to get through just one financial day without mentioning GOOGLE.
