Under Fighting Houthi rebels in Yemen the WSJ seems to think this “pleases Israel which worries a Houthi takeover would give Iran access to seaports from which to send weapons to Israel’s enemies.”
Has anyone looked at Iran’s geographic location in their atlas or on google earth??
Seems reminiscent of Romney”s debate claim that we needed to intervene in Syria to prevent Iran from gaining access to the sea. ( I don’t wish to imply that Yemen and Syria are of no concern.)
And these are only the state sized players. The subgroups and the proxies are legion and well financed.
