It is car week in Monterey County ~ Pebble Beach.
Perhaps the most classic car ever. So beautiful.
It’s a great time to be around there, even if you don’t go to any of the actual shows. We saw a 1920 Bugatti once; you could eat out of the engine compartment — it was parked on the street just 20 yards from a Porsche Carrera GT.
There are lots of fantastic cars out “just drivin’ around” this week, I’m sure! ;-)
That is a beauty! My only quibble is the tires… those do NOT look like the tires (in my minds-eye anyway) of vehicles from that era. They look like they belong on a 1973 Ford F-250 one-ton pick-up.
