Dow Jones shuffle:

AT&T, Eastman Kodak and International Paper out.

Dow Jones Adds AIG, Pfizer, Verizon To DJIA
(Effective April 8, 2004)

Recall we predicted Kodak was out back on September 26, 2003.

There were two big surprises in this reshuffling:

· First, swapping Verizon for AT&T. (SBC is already there, but it shows you the strength of VZ, and the damage to Telephone from Michael Armstrong’s disasters stewardship);

· Second, there were no big tech stocks added: No Cisco Systems, no Dell Computer, no Applied Materials.
