    So they run the same damn program – no surprise. However, that obviously creates instability. When the most serious flaw of that program reveal itself it will do so in a massively destructive way because they all run the same program with the same flaws (and all will fling themselves towards the same side of the boat). None of this analysis of current normal trading will reveal that flaw and its destructiveness, because the conditions that precipitates it is a rare event. So why have we still failed to tax or ban an activity that doesn’t do anything useful and clearly will be destructive sometime in the future?
