Friday Night Jazz: Steely Dan at the Beacon (10.13.15)

Every other year or so, Steely Dan shows up at the Beacon in NYC, and plays 10 shows. On half the nights they pick a different album of theirs, and play it straight through for the 1st half of the show, and for the . second half, they run through highlights of the rest of their awesome catalogue.

They are tight, sound great, and are — still — one of the best American rock bands of all time.
