Leonard Cohen passed away this week.
Some years ago, I saw kd lang perform a cover of Leonard Cohen’s Hallelujah at the Tilles Center — and the hair on the back of my neck stood up. This may be the single greatest cover ever made — it certainly is what I think is the definitive version of Hallelujah:
